I got a switch in about march...
I've got my money's worth, started BOTW 2 weeks ago and can't put it down. Ive played Mario party with my girlfriend at least 20 times.. and I pre-ordered the new one. We also playing Super Mario 3d together.
Had nba2k21 and was playing a Lakers season in handheld mode in bed which was cool. And just bought the Witcher 3 to play in handheld once I beat Zelda (which is no time soon).
Yes as an adult, a switch could never be my only console (I got a ps5).. mainly because 95% of the games on it are pure trash
and most the games are made for kids or Japanese nikkas

Dude is like " fukk the beach, it's cool if you're a tourist, I can on my hands and toes how many times I've gone to the beach when I don't have out of state friends and family over, it's overrated."

Maybe Housemarque will make one like how they made a Metroid-like with returnal. I hate that nintendo always has to apply some dumb ass hardware gimmick to their games and then when it doesnt sell or review well they’re like “oh well i guess no one wants a new star fox i guess”, like no nikka we don’t want a star fox we control on a tablet screen.
Just make the new game and add actual gameplay features not gimmicks

Hmmmm... never satisfied.
I've struggled and lived through mediocrity my whole life. I know for a fact I don't take cool shiit for granted (for instance, I still look at my ant farm every day.... cuz I always wanted one as a child, but now I have it, i appreciate it/it has value to me because of sentimentalness)
If i had a lambo and a waterfront back yard, best believe I'm waking up cheesin' every day until i die (then again, I'm naturally a very happy person and grateful to be alive because three of my siblings are dead - so maybe my perspective for life and material things is different).
Anyways... i haven't found a good game for the switch yet.

Depends on what type of game you tryna play. If u want a party game with a million characters Smash is the way to go. You want a huge fetch quest with one of the dopest nintendo tracks ever? Get odyssey. You want a free roam zelda game get breath of the wild. Truly speaking though you cant go wrong with none of those three. Those three are top-10 switch games.

I rent so many games and get the Nintendo gold points which equals like $1-2 that's I've bought digital games for free.
