The WD40 electronics sensor spray will help mitigate it a bit. I’ve used it multiple times on my joycons the drift always seems to come back eventually but it’ll bandaid the issue well enough for a while

I forgot to tell y'all. This is the best investment.

2 metal slide locks to replace the plastic ones and 2 updated joy-con joysticks which fixes/removes the drift.

I dropped my left joy-con in a glass of water, then the rubber grip came off (my fault also). My right one got fukked at some point and just considerable got worse.

I thought about buying new joy-cons and sending them in, even filled out the rma. $15 for the new slide locks and the joy-cons are much better than buying new joy-cons or sending them away for a week or how ever long.

It's just a few screws. I didn't even disconnect the battery. A ribbon cable slipped out but I put it back. The right joy-con is completely different than the left but it's just screws and ribbon cables.

Entire process takes less than 20 minutes. More if you want to look around and see what's in it and how they have it set up. If youre into electronics and stuff it's actually pretty cool. Surprised the hell out of me but it's easy.
