The build quality on those joycons is madcatz levels of terrible.

Been through 2 sets of that trash. Nintendo had me getting mad at my son, thinking he was just being too rough with them until I found out how shytty the quality was on them. Should have known it was the controller cause my son plays my ps4 too and I've never had an issue with any of the dualshocks fukking up.

One of the only redeeming factors for the controller for me is the HD rumble in it. Other than that :yeshrug: i just like playing shyt in handheld and the damn controller annoys the crap out of me.

:wow: the backlash if the Switch Lite his this issue.

Nintendo is for the people.
Nintendo is for the customers.

Name another company that would do this?

I’ve literally used my joycons once...I keep it docked all the time and use a pro controller...I need to test it to see if it has any problems...I’m glad they finally listened to/acknowledged the complaints

idk nothin bout that chief i dont use my joycons anymore ever since i got the SN30 Pro

Ok, but I assume a lot of people are going to be picking these up with the intention of using them to play with their friends much like I did when I originally bought mine. The bluetooth interference is a huge flaw of those controllers.

What color did you cop? I’m back and forth with SNES and Stealth Black :wow: Would love to see a review with the black.

Yeah, i have one myself and love it almost as you do yours. I almost bought another, but i was playing mario with my daughter and realized that if using a pro or joycon with it, the interference creates almost a full second of lag at times. The controllers would be perfect if it weren't for that, but it's a pretty major issue if you have kids or play with guests frequently like i do.

If you want to see for yourself, fire up a two player game using an 8bitdo and either a joycon or pro controller and then try doing some actions with the Nintendo controller. Running through any level on a mario game works really well to see the interference in action.

My setup is now two pros, two joycons, and i use my 8bitdo at work and when i'm traveling.
