The TV has an auto detecting feature that switches to the latest HDMI connection. That's why it won't play. Plug out all of your other connections and then plug the switch in.

A lot of Samsung TVs have this problem.

Don't you have more than 1 tv with hdmi?

If it happens on all your TVs it's the switch, if it's just the 1 tv, then it's your TV.

It don't matter what brand, what specs, how much you paid for it, it's just simple.

I worked for a cable company and other than just hook up cable I hooked up home entertainment systems and centers. The way it works in the industry is everything is the cable companies fault.


"My DVD player isnt working, you guys broke it!" We get out there the damn hdmi cord is unplugged because their kid plugged in the Xbox.

Or 'Your guy's box doesn't work' we hook the same box up to another tv in their houses and it works, bring in a other small tv plug it in, it works , or even hook up another box and it still doesn't work
