By the end of 2018 Nintendo will release a new Switch they have too. They didn't expect the support from third parties
They'll probably just release one with a bigger internal storage. I doubt they will have an actual new Switch so soon.

:mindblown:GTA: V on the Switch. How would that even be possible? The game is like 65 GBs.
If Doom, Skyrim and Wolfenstein 2 can fit on Switch, so can GTA 5. Like Bethesda did with their own games Rockstar will use an enhanced version of the old 360 or ps3 GTA5 since it was a 8GB install on 360/PS3. My guess is The single player campaign will be around 14Gb and GTA Online will be a separate download IF they were able to get it running.

If Doom, Skyrim and Wolfenstein 2 can fit on Switch, so can GTA 5. Like Bethesda did with their own games Rockstar will reduce the file size by reducing texture quality and higher compression audio files. But they will probably just use the 360 version since it was a 8GB install on 360/PS3 My guess is The single player campaign will be 8 to 16GB and GTA Online will be a separate download IF they were able to get it running.
:ehh:I would prefer an entire new game like they did GTA: Chinatown Wars for the DS. Make a new one called Vice City Wars and call it a day.

The guy who leaked about LA Noir coming for Switch says according to the same source, he thinks GTA V is next. Viewing Single Post - NeoGAF

The one worded post set them ablaze and it could mean absolutely nothing.:pachaha:

Anyway, Rockstar has nothing to lose putting the game on the Switch, it's been chart topping since 2013 and sure as shyt ain't stopping till GTA 6 comes out, which is not anytime soon. :beli:

Making a Switch version of the game would mean even more money for them, especially since the Switch's (physical) library isn't all that meaty at the moment. Plus a full fleged non spinoff GTA game you can take wherever you want? Casuals would pick up a Switch solely for the fact.

Getting GTA Online would be a problem but I guess they could do what Bethesda are doing with Doom and have it be a separate download on the eshop.

Knowing Rockstar they will make it work just so they can get Nintendo fans to buy more shark cards. Microtransactions are the real money maker right now.

The first post was one word but the 2nd post clarified its just a guess from the info he does have.
