Yeah, just finished the 1st episode. Action has a fast and frenetic pace with a lot of brutality. Story setup was pretty typical, but they did do something clever at the end there.

I enjoyed the fukk out of this show but not the swerve into a mech-lite type of thing. The first few episodes had me thinking it was going to be something else. That said, I still be banging my head to the theme randomly. Look forward to whatever followup they give, especially since Adult Swim fukked me out of more Shenmue

Ironically that was the last episode I watched but only because I was busy and missed the next week. shyt was so meh I never bothered to even pick it back up. Looks like I was smart since everyone said it fell off a cliff on that same episode.
