Twitter chatter is irrelevant in court.... hearsay. Keeping his mouth shut is the smartest move because anything HE says can be used against him in court. DA is not gonna be like "BrixtonJimJones336 said you were a bad man about that action... is this true?"
Not sure how things go in UK but if the newspaper picks up its 'facts' from twitter and posts them to the masses without fact checking, there's a problem. I wouldn't suspect the courts would call a twitter user to the stand, but if that twitter user was the periscope user who video captured the incident (which in turn posts the video link to twitter), how wouldn't that be used?

Exactly what I'm trying to say.
Right... :Ahmed:

If you think not saying anything to random Twitter trolls is gonna implicate you even more then you're an idiot...

"So CBiz....when random twitter users who weren't from London accused you of being involved...why didn't you deny their allegations?"

This has nothing to do with what you or I were talkign about though

Dude "breaking the silence" on Twitter won't do shyt to help him fight any pending charges or change public opinion. At best it would do nothing and at worst it would incriminate him further. Thats completely unrelated to someone posting video of him committing a crime.... and it would look HELLA suspect if he went on Twitter like "yall better not post no videos of me"

How easy is it to get a gun in Europe?
These politicians in America always act like there are no gun shootings over there.

It depends on where in Europe you're talking about because each country has its own firearm laws.

In Switzerland, I'd imagine its piss easy.
In some of those former Yugoslav/Soviet countries, its probably not that difficult as well
In Western Europe however, you'd struggle to get your hands on one.

fool I know that.
Im talking about generally.

How did dude get shot w/ a Uzi if guns are banned in the UK?

Is that a real question:why:

Come on son:martin:

Just because they're "banned" doesn't mean people cannot get their hands on it, yes it may be harder to do than say a country where guns are legal but its possible...
