This. People smile, laugh, joke, but there is always some crud deep in a persons heart. This didnt just blow up outta nowhere. He had some deep seeded repressed negativity in there that kept getting nourished and grew into a monster. At a certain point something as simple as spilling a glass of milk will let the floodgates loose.
