Adidas got the soccer game on lock. Actually Nike losing ground.

Nike is willingly falling back from soccer right now. Adidas can't outbid them for a damn thing. Nike is just pursuing smarter use of resources. They can come back in whenever they feel like and push adidas out from pretty much everywhere except Bayern and RM (2 superclubs that are untouchable).

oh i know. as a Man Utd fan i'm not pleased that Nike decided it wasn't worth it to match the bid and keep managing the megastore. on the other hand Nike been phoning in our gear for the last 7 seasons (ferrari stripe joint was the last good year) so i'm ready for a change. huge pickup for adidas to lock it in for so long. i just hope they try harder than Nike on our jerseys.
