Y’all ever sit back and ask yourself why Nike is doing this all of a sudden?

Cost/Benefit analysis shows that they will make more money doing this.
I do think that the Just Do It campaign has something to do with it legitimately. This is the enduring Nike slogan. We've had others like it must be the shoes for example. Even that has faded, Just Do It is Nike, it's the mantra. In a shrewd marketing tactic, they have chosen to align himself with a modern day King/Ali like figure and when time passes, Colin, as well as Nike, will be remembered in a great light. Ali/King had more detractors than supporters when they were doing their works and get whitewashed as if everyone loved them. Part business, some social awareness.

Some social awareness? Ehh I think it’s all business. When has Nike been known for social awareness?
