The #BoycottNike hashtag on Twitter of course has white people saying that it's dumb, but it looks like there are some Black people doing that too. Like they are really taking it personally that other Black people want to boycott. :snoop:
Not everyone is woke yet in the black community. It's to be expected.

They're not just saying that they won't join the boycott, but they are trying to clown the people that are, like having respect for yourself and your people is something to make fun of.
Sometimes I do wonder if integration has produced more c00ns than ever before in black history.

Might as well strap up and deal with the crook right then and there, because there's been numerous instances where police shoot the victims who called 911 first.
:manny:

Say you're injured in an accident or your crib is on fire? Still not going to call 911? This discount wasn't only for police officers, but for all first responders. So y'all boycotting them as well?

Don't know who was insinuating that they would boycott all of emergency services.I, personally am not calling 911 for police though, I don't feel like ending up a hashtag. Only time I'll even think about now is if a white boy with a chopper is on the loose shooting up a mall or a school.

obviously not they're public servants and our taxes pay their salaries...they have a job to do. even if you shoot someone that breaks in your house you have to call them eventually. i think the point is nike didn't have to take a stance especially during a volatile time like this and with so many competing brands its easy to cut them off...this is why most businesses take neutral stances on social issues. even chik fil a backtracked on that gay stuff
