Just cause it's on youtube doesnt mean you should be late to your job. 12 other ppl are on time and probably got other shyt to do other than stay an extra 30mins because Ocho refuses to use uber to get to work on time. The editors and other ppl may have other shyt lined up or want to get some sleep in before they start early in the morning. The editing team is especially screwed by late shyt because they cant really do their job til the live is over, edit the clips for social media and get the audio right for the podcast feeds.

Thats not the mentality that makes for a successful show or business of any kind. Most people that are successful in show business, really any kind of business, have stupid high standards for themselves and those around them. Shannon is the classic overachiever. Ocho is the classic talented knucklehead. There is no reason why Ocho shouldnt be where Shannon is and beyond. But that clip just showed you why that isnt the case.

The public loves type A perfectionist a$$holes (Jordan, Kobe, Mike Jack, Brady among many others)...as long as they bringing the goods and winning.
