Being a junior in a CHARTER high school means that you are a 16 year old kid who wears a uniform and shaves close and strives for good grades and college admission.

He's talking about the "traditional" meaning behind Charter schools but the truth is that today most so called charter schools are damn near the same as public schools. That kid has the right to wear his hair the way he wants, and the teacher should've been on some kind of administrative leave if she was close to her due date. It is not the students responsibility to call 911 or any of that, it's hers and the faculties
