Bingo. This is actually what the northerners and those that rule them behind the scenes want. These are the same people that built Dangote into the rich man he is today. Dangote keeps these peoples pockets filled with money that very reason. It makes it harder for them to deemed as corrupt. There are other leaders that support these men that are not from the north as well. There is a reason Africom was created in 2008 before the rise of Boko Haram. CIA gave "intelligence" in 2009 to the Nigerian government about an internal terrorist threat in Nigeria. By 2010 Boko Haram was Al-Qaeda status bombing and killing people left and right. Its not a coincidence.
Why can't the CIA have been doing their job this time and actually have predicted something?

CIA warned them because I believe they are complicit in the funding and organization of Boko Haram. Such a group didn't exist in Nigeria and comes out of nowhere, I'm not buying it. The CIA is very sneaky, they have people in these groups that they have enter in to do things for ulterior motives. Getting Bin Laden required people snitching on the inside of his camp. Anything evil thing is possible with these people. It will allow them to use Africon to secure Africa's resources under the guise of protection from terrorism. There is a new scramble for Africa to feed the greedy another time over.
Lets be frank though...radical islam IS spreading.
Saudi Arabia IS funding this stuff.
This isn't entirely on the hands of the USA.
Remember, after Iraq, Afghanistan, and a host of other bombings around the world (including the south asia branch of ALQ), radical islamism IS GROWING. Thats not something to discount.
