I feel you. I used to be the exact opposite of the skateboarding anime type. Luckily I come from a good family and made the financial sacrifice to go to college or I prolly wouldn't even be typing right now. personally, I get amped to say any word like room, soon, sumfin, nuffin.
I like my sometimey mix of bmore meets Chicago accent.
I even pop for jeezy saying room., cause he uses a lot of heavy bmore accents in his stuff on the low, too.
why, he has the accent I don't know, but I like the use of the accent.

Sometimes I get told I sound country but most of the time I have an accent that people can't place so no one really knows where I'm from even though I grew up in PG and Montgomery County. My sister on the other hand sounds like a PG County girl and I can't stand the way she talks sometimes, lol.
