that's one of the first albums to get that stream stimulus...don't know you can really put pinkprnit and pink friday "sales" in the same bucket because of it.This is not based on shipped. It's based on Streams and hard copy sales
You seriously got this wack Remy diss as 3rd of all time?1. Ether
2. No Vaseline
3. Shether
4. Hit em up
5. Drop a Gem on Em
(just not received well because pac had already passed....rip mackaveli)
The list goes this way FOR ME because the enormity of the target has to be recognized. At the time ether came out Jay Z and the Roc was at unseen heights as a solo artist/label in the rap game(Nas dismantled an artist and an entire record label(roc), really def jam was never the same)....next has to be cube being a one man wrecking ball of an entire crew who was at incredibly powerful heights in the game in their own right, NWA. For me shether actually lands at three...here is lil remy ma out of jail trying, struggling to piece together some form of her former career and she takes jabs from Nikki who has been a Goliath in the game for this almost decade.....and with one moment of penmanship just dismantles all reality and understanding of who we knew as nikka minaj.....all the barbies will have to acknowledge this forever or act like they were never fans at all....soul crushing.
And lastly, mobb deep wit drop a gem on em was incredibly disrespectful well crafted and had pac lived certainly been a hey maker that would have called for a rebuttle.....pac was definitely at his peak when the song was made and certainly would have triggered him being in his feelings.....GREAT DISS RECORD from the Mobb![]()
Exactly.i'll c/s from a personal standpoint. i was on nicki hard from her mixtape days, i was waaaay over her when she dropped her second album - she sold out quick as fukk. the first 4 singles off pinkprint were trash also (even tho anaconda did numbers thanks to the sample)...wasn't until she was spitting on only, truffle butter, and of course the beyonce track that i decided to check that album...and i honestly don't remember much off that album except those 3 songs![]()

You are all not understanding my postwhat does chart relevance have to do with hip hop (because that's the only thing nicki has over her)? remy is arguably as relevant as she's ever been. she wasn't a superstar before prison and isn't one now...but it's amazing how she came back on the scene after being gone 7 years and was able to still have a career...bytches were free and couldn't do that: kim, foxy, trina, eve and so on...
Drake said he don't need the money that he needs off a feature and that Meek is struggling to go gold
Jay said he said he had money stacks bigger than prodigy and sold what his album sold overall in his first week.
And for the record the original hit em up used the look no further song (just like paid in full) and Faith let Biggie know and they used the sample for the get money remix before the version we all know

yall nikkaz with this revisionist shyt
da outlaw nikka that said that bullshyt was fukking lying ..... just like their leader, who basically lied about damn near every fukking thing biggie/puff/badboy related
![]()
Explain why we have 2 completely different versions of hit em up then
There would be nothing to gain in lying about that
the outlaw nikka lied - 'get money remix' came out WAYYYY before hit em up & so dude saying faith gave the track to biggie was fukking ridiculous (again, pac & dem nikkaz are delusion / lying azz nikkaz) ; and what 2 version of hit em up are there
@Afromaticz can u confirm this ?
I'll post both
Brb
its the same melody as get money remix
Takeover was light....he didn't come nearly raw or disrespectful enough to make my list(reason he tried harder wit super ugly)....but yours is yoursno takeover? lol list already ass

I know it's shocking breh.....but considering this era of light bullshyt, her being able to resurrect the old Nas beat and do it justice and the bars alone and the damage inflicted to it's target.....yeah I'm thinkin top 3.....Roxanne shante was in that spot for me and this is very akin to it......just a raw female spitter goin in.....it is what it is, you can have your list I'm cool wit thatYou seriously got this wack Remy diss as 3rd of all time?
Hold this neg breh
