Nick problem wasn't interviewing Griff. It was the fact that he chimmed in to many of the comments in agreement that Griff said. When he would have been better to just interview Griff without any chiming in. Just ask the question and let Griff respond and so on and so on.

One more thing Cannon probably should have edited the interview. The fact that the video wasn't edited (say like DJ Vlad does) is what really got Nick in trouble.

Nick has often said things where he thought he was invincible. Talking about running X show and doing Y deals, etc.

Fam is still basically a high paid employee. Thats what entertainers really are at the end of the day.

His show is nothing if its not on air.

His radio show can disappear too.

This youtube channel could've developed into something more than this controversy and he thought he could go the DJ Vlad route.

You can't mix audiences like that and I hope people learn from this.

You wanna go THERE...ok go there. But you gotta stay there.

Fam, not even 50 Cent is doing this shyt. 50 at the end of the day knows the line.

We can complain about "the line" all day, but you can't ignore it.

This whole stupid shyt began because of DeSean Jackson thinking (fake) quoting Hitler was somehow a good idea.

Now black Comedians are losing their platform/jobs and the momentum we built last month has been derailed.

Corporate was always monitoring him and his other ventures.

Thats what happens when you're in entertainment and why they can't be leaders.

They always have like 50 people to satisfy:

directors, staff, agents, studios, labels, brands, advertisers, consumers, audiences, etc...

Entertainment is terrible for black political interests and representation...but its all we have.

Thats how dire the situation is.

And the fact is, nick isn't even smart enough to have that dialogue he was attempting. Dude was stumbling over words and straight up doing a half assed recitation of what what Dr. Francis Cress Welsing was saying. Of course people were gonna misinterpret him. I only know what he was trying to say because I know the original argument. Nick fumbled the hell out of that.

This is what worries me about black political education in the future. Its getting worse, imo.

Theres way too much conspiratorial thinking amongst us.

I get it, there was exploitation in medical history and theres a distrust of white supremacist media, however actual scholarship must start to take back control from these wayward clowns masquerading as educated people.

Dudes who don't graduate high school and the athletes who half ass college aren't LEARNING anything. They're just consuming out of date conspiracy books and imbibing a bunch of nonsense.

It doesn't help that so many rappers literally live and die by what Farrakhan is saying.

We're screwed out here. Not to mention we have SO MANY black PhDs and leaders Nick could actually study instead of repeating this dumb shyt.
