I wouldn't even call him a problem per se, but it's clearer every week he's not a solution. No matter how many "what if" scenarios @Bryan Danielson posts, the more we see of Jimmy the less it seems he should be eating that much of our cap space. Giving that much money to a QB that needs everything to be perfect for us to succeed is a steep price, and a catastrophic season like this is the perfect way to figure out if Jimmy is worth it or not.

He has fewer and fewer games to show it because if we lose to the Packers the season is practically over.

I always said I’m cool with Jimmy G gone if he can be replaced for something better. But nothing is better out there it can do better with what we got now

Bruh, for 30M a season he needs to be a world beater. Folk forget that last year we snuck up on teams. We were supposed to be an easy out. Teams were focussing on the Rams in the division, now this year they're focussing on us. We also had everyone healthy on D. Saleh was looking at headcoaching options. That's looking like a fluke season to me.

What are we now and what will we be? I don't want Jimmy at that salary. He's also injury prone, which was always the knock on him. I hate Cousins with a passion but at least the guy has bee helthy.

Nah, Jimmy is pretty uniquely constrained. He has zero ability to improvise. I don't know what he'd look like in another system, but in this system he ain't doing much other than executing the limited playscript.
