I have it
Oh, did you start playing with it yet. If so was it easy to pick up and learn?

Ok so I was gonna cop but I heard someone say Why not just go all in and get studio.
What's the advantages of studio over mk2? Or visa versa
Well Studio has more buttons, more midi options if your gonna use midi, two displays that are better than the mk2 display though the mk2 display is usable and an edit section so you don't have to press shift and one of the pads to do things as you have to do it on the mk2.

With that said, a benefit of the Mk2 is that it's more portable and thus can be used if you were on the road for instance or rocking a show. The studio is a lil too big for that.

That's about all I know lol.

Nice, welcome my friend :shaq:

I love Maschine, it has some limitations in its sequencer that can be very frustrating, but I was willing to look past that because the things it does well are best in class ie browsing sounds and getting initial ideas up without having to touch the mouse and keynotes at all :wow:

NI is working in improving the sequencer now, so it's a good time to join the party, this thing will be the most complete hardware/software integration probably by the end of the year.

was gonna cop the Mikro but i ended up going with the Launchpad since it works better with Ableton and i found a script that basically turns it into an Ableton Push

these are tight tho... it's gonna make what you do way easier

Using the original maschine but I finally updated to 2.0 and the workflow is a lot better.

no lie drum programming on a keyboard is smoother to me. pads are cool but i feel like my drums were more creative on my mpk vs the push
