No, but that should have no bearing on the length of a suspension if that's what you're getting at. Players have been suspended for much longer for far less.

Damn this dude is not well. I'm glad he hasn't been killed by the police during any of these encounters.
Hopefully he gets some really good professional help.
This is going to be a long offseason for my Browns. Hope dude gets help but this is not a good look after the team gave him a second chance this season and he did good for the most part.

Dude has obvious mental health and CTE issues and should be no where near an NFL field. Seems to be a recurring theme though
