The Redskins/Cowboys case is called evidence. The NFLPA are using that as evidence to prove collusion and possibly get some damages. Whatever effect that has on the Redskins/Cowboys situation if the NFLPA wins is indirect. The NFLPA dont give a damn about the Redskins/Cowboys getting hurt, they give a damn about the PLAYERS getting hurt.
