We don't usually see one-and-done HCs in the NFL, but there's at least a couple worth looking at. Pierce and the guy in Tennessee's seats might be warming up, at least. No sense of direction/progress from either of those teams.

Long as McVay's on the sideline, always have to give the Rams a chance.
