The downfall of Lamar lies with his inability to recognize when he needs to be more like Vick instead of thinking he needs to be like Brady. Defenses are giving him more running lanes now because he can throw a bit and he never recognizes that running into those on called pass plays is how he hits his next level. Pat and Josh have that figured out more than he does.

The Lions have a slight edge over the Eagles in the NFC because their coaching staff doesn't forget their RB is their best and first option on offense.
It's funny because you have that perspective as a neutral observer, but I've seen plenty of Lions brehs on here like @Piff Perkins complain about how cute and hubris driven Ben Johnson's playcalling gets, and how he doesn't lean into the run enough.

Feels like it's definitely more of an issue for the team who's trying trick play passes with their tackle :pachaha:

Saturday, February 8, 2025: Aaron Rodgers announces on a “Super Bowl Eve Special Edition” of the Pat McAfee Show that he will be accepting a position as a special advisor to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. effective immediately. When asked by McAfee if this is a retirement announcement, Rodgers deferred, stating that "I'm not finished yet. I'm just diverting my attentions right now to 'Make America Healthy Again'. So am I retiring? No. I will be back."

*25 years later*

Sometime in 2050: 66 year old former NFL quarterback, and disgraced Trump 2025 Administration member, Aaron Rodgers, has formally announced his retirement from his NFL career after having not played a single snap in 25 years."I have been holding out hope that a team would give me another shot, but I guess it's not meant to be." Since accepting a position with the HHS nearly 25 years ago, Rodgers' public perception has been on a downward spiral. Rodgers was among the 50+ co-conspirators of the Trump Administration that resigned amidst the infamous "Toilet-Gate" that roiled President Trump's second term only one year into his term before Trump himself resigned as well. After resigning from his role as 'special advisor', Rodgers devolved into an extreme conspiracy theorist, which culminated in Rodgers, a presumed shoo in, never being voted into the Pro-Football Hall of Fame. The Ravens legit have 5 losses and every week damn near every analyst calls them the best and most dangerous teams in the NFL. They almost lost to the damn cowboys.
:unimpressed:

I said this last week or a few weeks ago, and someone here was acting like the media wasn't crowning them as AFC locks for most of the season.

If you face the Ravens when the are on, you'll be in trouble. However, if they are not fully clicking on offense, they are VERY beatable.

I think I'm still taking the Chiefs in the AFC as of now. I don't care that they have struggled against weaker teams recently and lost to the Bills. I'll need to see them get knocked out in the playoffs before changing my mind. Teams make a lot of mistakes against them, and you can't do that in January.

I will say I have not seen a team in decades get the breaks and "luck" that the Chiefs have had this season. Teams would make mistakes against the Patriots and pay for it, but what the Chiefs are doing and have happening to them this season is on a different level. Not a knock on them as they are still a very good team, but it seems like it's something crazy every week with them.

Bryce made me hit the :jbhmm: look a couple times making me wonder if there might be something there…
Dude wasn't the top QB out of high school and The Number 1 pick if he was a bum.

I do think it appears that he should have sat from the beginning. Even Pat Mahomes sat most of his rookie season.

Looks like the game has slowed down for him. I never gave up hope on breh. :to:

I clown on Indy's coaching staff / GM a lot...and they deserve it, but I'm always surprised to see other teams have it worse.
Pats really left the game out there for AR to take.

I'm glad the Texans rep as a dirty team is growing. As it should.
If you have a young QB and your team throws them into the fire day 1, it's gonna suck at times but you gotta ride that shyt out no matter what.

Bruce looked better from where he started, but he threw the ball 50 times and the team collapsed in the red zone leading to numerous field goals.

:whoa:
