The NFL is run like a plantation, the white owners call the shots and have all the power and its the white players/qb they swoon over, if you ever get out of line as a black person they remove you quickly and depose of you. Its just a modern day plantation

That hasn’t been the case in this country since Watergate.
I mean it’s the NFL’s media arm. It exist to fluff the NFL and promote it not to challenge its power. Mainstream media is owned by the rich and powerful so it also doesn’t exist to challenge power but to put out the message they want.

You said what I said in my post. Our media has gotten to the point where they don’t challenge power. That hasn’t happened since Watergate which was the ultimate challenging of power and authority.

Too many conflicts of interest at play these days unfortunately and media entities worries about losing exclusive access or angering business partners.

The wealthy intentionally bought these outlets to stifle dissent, creating these “conflicts of interest.”

And journalists are from the same economic class or aspire to be in that class, so they don’t question anything.

It’s not conflicts of interests. The wealthy intentionally bought these outlets to stifle dissent.
In some cases it is. Look at ESPN and the Dana White situation. They helped suppressed the story in order to protect their business partner and investment with him being the most visible face of UFC.
