Ive posted this before that comment actually. the one he said "if you had questions about peyton's arm". you can see peyton stepping into them far more than he used to. dude had a cannon, he still has a good arm but its visibly more biased towards intermediate throws now imo

IDK, looks to be about the same to me. I remember people starting to question whether his arm strength was falling off on the Colts boards.

Obviously not 05 levels, but easily about where he's been at in the 09 and 10 seasons.
