Bills were most likely getting gonna go WR in the 1st and they got those 5th and 6th picks from players they were gonna cut. They don't need to hoard picks, they're already built they just need playmakers.
they gave up all those picks and potential breakout players for a receiver who hasn’t played a full season in the last 3+ years
