Okay, so when are we gonna go about petitioning the NFL to change this rule back. Helmet to helmet hits are part of the game. Not to mention, they happen so quickly the defender isn't always the one at fault. If the NFL is really concerned about safety, why were there no penalties when Ridley did his best James Brown impression when Pollard hit him? Welker popped up right after that hit. The only thing this rule is doing is making it that much harder to defend the pass .... that and incentivising safeties to start taking out knees. It's only a matter of time before Welker's left leg looks like Marcus Lattimore's jawn
