But blockchain is so much more than crypto and NFTs. I'm looking forward to developments beyond this

Is regulation always a bad thing?
The jig is up in cryptoland

Probably all by design. Whoever ate off of this shyt years ago are the true winners.

I sorta feel like the government knows crypto is bullshyt and will fail on its own so they're hesitant to intervene as people lose their shirts.

If you start regulating crypto you indirectly validate it

Our traditional markets are on similar shaky ground.

But Crypto is comparatively brand new and doesn't have political backing, or sheer amount of money to get out of mismanagement of funds.

Bernie Madoff cab do what he did and people don't lose complete faith in our financial system. FTX and some of these other crypto companies do it and crypto probably won't recover

The vpn wasn’t the problem here
Obviously you’ve had little experience with using binance in the past few years. It’s not about the use of the vpn for privacy purposes. It’s for the restricted access to US users. It’s been a non factor with most US users lately for the difficulty of use.

the blockchain is useless and has no real utility outside of the hype of people demanding its validation

It answers a problem no one has and is completed by other existing systems way better
You’re wrong bredren. Its utility is faster more efficient transactions. Nfts were introduced as a jpeg but it’s actually a token of ownership. Why would the worlds enterprises NOT want a faster, cheaper, more efficient way to do business?
Not to mention Africa/Asia/Europe have already adopted blockchain tech.

Why are u wasting your time shooting holes in it instead of realizing it’s still early?

You contradicted yourself.

Its not faster than "conventional" (legacy) systems.

OK. And?

Look, if you wanna just argue crypto is fiat, then OK. Fine. But the US Marines will only invade your country if you're dealing with the Dollar; they don't recognize anything else.
