I'm just trying to get you to see the large picture. The empire of Mali was a flourishing civilization at the forefront of education and architecture. Why not highlight this instead of praising Mansa Musa for having a bunch of guap and "swagging on cacs" hundreds of miles away?
This may be unpopular to say on a hip-hop message board, but there are higher virtues than being ultra-rich and impressing white people.
