When I hear about stuff like this I wish I could take the babies in and raise them as my own. The don't ask to be born and no matter how many times you tell people you can drop your children off at a safe haven for them they refuse to do it and would instead drop them off on a riverbed to die.
Let that sink in. They would rather the child DIE than to live with people who would care for them. You can't give the excuse that "oh, maybe someone will find them" no, what if nobody heard that baby crying and they found the child too late? You left them in a place where it looks like there isn't that much foot traffic, so what if those sheriffs didn't find her? You left your child to die you piece of shyt.
