I'm torn...you don't like to see Black people locked up but how do you begin to rehabilitate that kind of thought process?
They do a bullet or two they'll come right back out, all fukked up from the inside, and with no opportunities because the first question is "What have you been doing for the past two years?".
You put them away for a solid 5 where their youth is taken from them, they come out even more broken because being in there too long fukks some people up.
you can't be worried about a perpetrators' race when there're Black victims. All the sympathy/reasoning due to whatever social barriers are voided because oftentimes the Black victims are also affected by same social barriers
All the realities you mentioned about ex-convicts' hardship has been repeated ad nauseam for decades, especially during the innanet era and social media woke craze. These are informed decisions made by youths to carelessly attack a familiar authority figure without concerns of repercussions
