these property prices are not sustainable. i'm telling brehs to start thinking out the box about home ownership

especially if we continue to have more remote jobs. fukk slaving for a mortgage.
This is really dumb advice. A mortgage is stability renting is not. Some people's rent went up $300 or more per month in the last year. Meanwhile I can control my mortgage payment and lower it. Some people in two bedroom apartments are paying in rent what my mortgage is on my 4 bedroom home. And within 2 years that will be the case for 1 bedroom apartments in my city. shyt is sad.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
Random vids I watch while at work :ehh:

He is a repair guy with his own business. Lives and works within NYC, now does vids on how crazy NYC is getting with rent and general mismanagement.

shyt like this is happening all over, just spoke to a person from Oregon. Half a mill for a plot of land, barely build a house on :picard:

Something has got to give :wow:

He didn’t make a video of NYC 2020 census results so I can’t take him seriously

The homeless issue is a problem.

I don't know how you can help these folks but everywhere you look and turn in midtown are mentally ill homeless folks
I hate to say it but sequester them at the Port Authority, too many come there and end up stuck with nowhere to go back home too.

if I lived in New York metro I would live around Sleepy Hollow/Tarrytown/Irvington area.

A lake near Tampa FL
Even before Covid Lower Manhattan south of Canal Street was always dead in terms of foot traffic outside of 9-5 business hours. There is random busy areas like the waterfront area on the East River and around the SI Ferry.

North of Canal Street Manhattan is doing well.
