Not low at all when 80% of them are blacc men dying

A lot of folks miss this point. City I grew up in is small and folks always down play the violence there, but if you 18-25 and black, it can be dangerous if you ain't careful. Folks there look at homicide numbers instead of the jackings and shootings that go on regularly.
My brother in law used to work in the ER at the hospital. He said it's depressing seeing the number of young brehs that are gunshot victims.

Yea. LA has a low murder rate but the murder rate for black men, young black men probably rivals 3rd world countries
