Goal can be weight loss, gains, etc
Daily/weekly checkins(whatever keeps you motivated)
Rules:
- Post starting pic of you, or you on a scale with a sign dated and with username
- State your beginning goal(weight loss, muscle gains, strength, etc) in same post as beginning progress pic
- MUST check in every SUNDAY with a progress scale pic or written progress update
