It's about that time.
Last major holiday is over. January 1st is a monday. New Year. Fresh Start.

Details:

Starting Jan 1st
3 Month challenge. (Jan1st - Apr1st)
Goal can be weight loss, gains, etc
Daily/weekly checkins(whatever keeps you motivated)

Rules:

  • Post starting pic of you, or you on a scale with a sign dated and with username
  • State your beginning goal(weight loss, muscle gains, strength, etc) in same post as beginning progress pic
  • MUST check in every SUNDAY with a progress scale pic or written progress update


IT'S 90 DAYS!
12 WEEKS & 6 DAYS!
1/4 OF 2018!

I was really just thinking about a 3 month challenge or a 100 day challenge to start off 2018. The goal can be for weight loss or gains. The challenge is more for accountability and group motivation.

i'm good with anything from a weight loss to even a work out goal like increase your big 3 lifts a total of x amount of weight to being able to do more pullups or pushups....Either way I'm down....I am kind of in a rut doing my Push/Pull/Legs thinking I'll stay with it until January and than move into another program for a quarter and switch up every quarter from that point on.
