Vitamin D builds up immunity but they tell you to stay your ass inside and wear a mask to not breathe in fresh hair. I feel worse when I’m not out in the sun or try to go a day without getting sun exposure. It basically gets dark at 4:30, which makes it even worse. Combined that with remote working- a person could literally go days without sun when trying to maintain school and work schedules virtually and by the time that’s over and you need to get air - there’s no sun. It’s all a damn mess of confusion.
