They probably did, but insofar as global communism no longer threatens the West, Corbyn’s alleged ties to TWO no-longer existent countries is irrelevant.

I think we both know the answer is yes, they have/had the files. Yes, the scourge of global communism and the USSR no longer threaten the West but one of the USSR's successor states has an outsized influence on the West's foreign policy and is actively working against their interests. I'm not a fan of Corbyn but I think we need more than old files that could've been planted to make a case or more current interactions with Russia. The Johnson story here is arguably far worse whether anything illicit happened or not.

Your claim only makes sense if there was a Comintern. There isn’t. Perhaps next you’ll say Corbyn’s ties to Umkhonto we Sizwe means there’s a vast ANC conspiracy to cause instability in British politics.

You're welcome to make a case that the Soviet Union didn't have an outsized influence on Czechoslovakia during that period.
You're welcome to make the argument that the KGB didn't have access to the StB's files.
You could also make a case that the FSB doesn't have access to the KGB's files.

I think we know and can agree on the answer to those questions though.

Imagining this sloppy fukk at an Eyes Wide Shut party really takes away from the luster of the global elite getting together for shady bacchanalia get togethers
