Yes, they've been talking about it for years and even had Michael B Jordan in negotiations before DC cut that cause of racist neckbeards bytching online. Theres 2 Black Supermen, Calvin Ellis and Val-Zod. Both would be amazing stories and better than this bullshyt.

DC is either too p*ssy to not cater to white nerds or theyre run by racists cause Marvel has done everything from creating successful new Black and other minority characters to doing Hip Hop variant covers of their comic book issues. Even had Ghostface in the first Ironman movie. Gave Luke Cage a whole series (a mid one but still) and Blade was the character that set it all off as far as movies. Man fukk DC

They said that about Spiderman and Miles Morales is breaking records in games and animated movies. When that live action Miles Morales drops in about 10 years or less its crossing a billie, easily.

On a semi-related note, the Black Batman character in DC's Future State comics is pretty good (Tim Fox, he's Lucious Fox's son and the brother of his other son, Luke Fox aka Batwing).

DC outside of Batman is so trash, they need to dig into the Dakota verse to get me excited.

I don't like Superman as a character, but I loved Man of Steel. I wish Henry Cavill got a trilogy and not that Batman vs. Superman/Justice League garbage. That Superman universe would've been nice with Brainiac and a proper Lex Luthor.
