It‘s scary how much misinformation people are quick to believe because they don’t take the time to comprehend what they’re reading. And that’s what Tucker Carlson and his blog count on too. It’s way out of control.
i.e.: they're evil.... let's just say it, E V I L.....

A few interesting comments on the study by other researchers:

"Studies of lymphocyte activation to autologus tissue, either uninfected, or modified by occult viral infection, have not been done. The possibility of autoimmune activity causing long Covid from these mechanisms has not really been ruled out." - Alan M Dattner, MD

"Were you able to assess the presence of blood clots in patients in this study? I saw that the timeline of your study predates publications regarding amyloid fiber deposits, termed microclots (Aug 2021), so it may have gone entirely unnoticed, but I am also curious if you became aware of these results between the end of the study and the time of publication as I think this would be a vital biomarker to discuss. If not, I have linked the relevant articles below and would be interested in any commentary you may have on microclots in regards to this study.

Publications by Douglas Kell showing evidence of microclots in long-covid patients:
Persistent clotting protein pathology in Long COVID/Post-Acute Sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC) is accompanied by increased levels of antiplasmin - PubMed
SARS-CoV-2 spike protein S1 induces fibrin(ogen) resistant to fibrinolysis: implications for microclot formation in COVID-19
Prevalence of symptoms, comorbidities, fibrin amyloid microclots and platelet pathology in individuals with Long COVID/ Post-Acute Sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC) (pre-print)" - Zephan Melville, Ph.D.

:dwillhuh: they know what causes it.....COVID.
Absolutely. I worded that poorly. What I was getting at is that Covid is so new that we still don't understand some of the specifics in terms of what symptoms will show themselves in what people, why some of them happen, and how long it can take before symptoms get better, or if they do at all.

My point there was that there's still a lot to be learned about Covid and long-Covid, and that we know it's real even if we don't understand as much about it as we understand about illnesses that have been around for much longer.
