I think she's just more toned up now

I remember in one interview she said before the Baywatch movie, her normal workout routine was just yoga

but for Baywatch, she started doing weight training and she said she's kept that up

A lot flashbacks and subplots throughout the first to middle half of the show does make it a little confusing at first

I was actually surprised they had as much as they did going on in the first episode

I have a feeling it’ll pick up a lot more once Rowan finds out more about biological mom and her past and who she (Rowan) really is
