It's cool, kinda actually like the hook, but Push is overall lackluster, disappointing, lately, like 18 months ago I was thinking, very wishfully, that Pusha could (hypothetically) put out a modern day hustlers album, like a 'Reasonable Doubt' for the post 2010. I mean, it would never happen, just that it could, because of course Big Sean, Kanye, everyone else would end up on it, some bad commercial tracks, whatever. I just pictured Pusha crafting it, introspection/reflection lyrics over Kanye tracks.
Now, I know that wasn't going to happen, but maybe we could get a 3/4 of that, even thats a longshot. Now, I wonder if the album, if released, or recorded would even be decent. Too much Kanye influence, his bars aren't concise/right, it's all flash and glamor, and tough talk (Exodus 321). Little substance, or detailed/visual dope game.
