not necessarily. in terms of mainstream urban....yes I agree but as far as typical boom bap 90's era type beats flows traditional hip hop still exists. The upstate NY movement of young folks, 38Spesh, Conway, Westside Gunn, Benny Da Butcher, ETO, Roc Marciano dropping whats considered traditional hip hop.
