Even more than iOS?

How so, any examples?
you couldn't even change the picture in the background. I think WP7 was so closed because it was running on very low specs and wanted to be as smooth as possible, I see them opening things up a bit with WP8 since Dual Core chips and everything else is being bumped up.

So let's see here:
Can't change the background pics
You have 2 screens. One for tiles and one for the app list
Outside of that there is not much customization outside of changing the color of the tiles and background color from white to black. You CAN hack it and enter hex codes to change the color...but that's even more of a pain in the ass than rooting your android phone or jailbreaking an iPhone.

BTW, I don't see these as negatives. The problem I have with iOS is that I hate scrolling page after page of apps, with android you have several options to get around that out of the box. The simplicity and sleek look of WP is GREAT. I wish WP7 Launcher worked better on android.

Not gonna kill myself over the lack of a background...I see the desktop the same way I see the desktop of my laptop/tablet.... if I'm staring at the desktop for more than a couple of secs, I'm doing something wrong.. Never have used/been a fan of Android widgets so I'm good with the limited desktop too. Its all about the implementation I hate pages of apps too...

I have a Zune HD and its still the nicest UI I've ever used on a device...I'm looking forward to a whole OS...

I also only use a handful of apps too so I can see myself getting real comfortable with WP8 cause I'm sure most if not all of them have a version of alternative for WP

I'm just waiting on the reviews on the core shyt like battery life to come out and I'm sold...

When was the last time you used a windows phone? Once you have more than 30 apps, it automatically alphabetizes the apps and you can quickly navigate throughout your app list via alphabet. So navigating apps is quite easy actually.

Overall, Windows phone works FAR better than the comp. Android's widgets are buggy and never work smoothly. Live tiles are fukking innovative as shyt and really make Windows phone different from the rest.

Its gonna be on once Nokia shows the electronics world how its done. Get ready to throw those droids and iphones in the bushes...:birdman:
