Reading through what the guy selected it's a pretty compelling argument the NBA presents here, as it should given that it's the highlights of their motion to dismiss. Curious what Warner's response will be.

from the crazy money promised, to the way the payments were structured, to the distribution models, the new agreements were intentionally set up to prevent TNT from being able to match.

i dont think the nba is worried. cause saying you're gonna match is not the same as being able to deliver on all the fine print.
