Not my taste, but from a DJ/live performance stand point,this is a beast.

I do find it funny that everyone complained about akai not making standalone hardwareanymore, but now they are here there's no buzz.

shyt needs wall power too. im happy with my live, just waiting for that 2.4

their site has been down for maintenance too, i expect the new shyt to be up when it returns. im really amped theyre adding a noise gate.

Not gonna buy it.
The only piece of hardware that i ever wanna see is a Roland - MV-8800 with a Piano Roll like FL Studio build in.
Where you can paint notes shorter and longer etc with 1 mouse-click.
