You will be able to download from the US just not share aka host files since the hosting is what they get you for over here.

Basically what i get is he's going to use all types of file sharing methods on a global scale and then just ban those countries where its illegal from just the hosting files part, you'd still be able to download. I like it on paper but they'll find some way to shut him down.

If you didn't have Icefilms you can't understand what Megaupload was like, imagine if Netflix had every last TV show ever made, every movie in HD and streamed without any hiccups. That was what my nikka Kim Dotcom gave the people with XBMC and megaupload, if there was a DVD set available, I could stream it to my TV.
