Why did, or why would the Democratic Governor John Bel Edwards, sign the laws written by the Republican led Louisiana State Legislature, which would not benefit the Black people who voted to put you in power?
The Governor does not have to sign the bill.
The Governor can also issue an executive order to help Black people, and go around the Republican State Legislature.
An executive order is defined as a declaration by the president or a governor which has the force of law. Executive orders do not require any action by the Congress or state legislature to take effect, and the legislature cannot overturn it.

I see you didn’t address my post. Quit ducking and dodging and tell me what Jeff Landry is doing to earn your support. You need 2/3 votes to override any veto and the Republican led Louisiana Legislature does not have 66.67 % control. The bill woule be dead
This.Man if you don't get the fcck outta here with that bullshyt.
Louisiana is one of those crash test dummy states and your dumbass on here talking about "what's in it for us" stupid mother fccker.

But at the same time they're complaining about the policing and these policies. Obviously if you're not using your real avenue for making a change in voting it doesn't mean that much to you in their eyes. One of the most disrespectful things you can do to those that came before is not vote.the lack of voting is our greatest peril.
truly taken for granted. look at the reconstruction period, when blacks voted. We got our own people there and had the greatest increase in economic prosperity.
Completely unaware of the people trying to destroy us
Bush this fukking idiotI graduated from Grambling and my family is from Louisiana......He is saying to vote, but what are they offering Black people in exchange for their vote.
