If a state decides they want something, and the people decide it whats they want. Its ok for someone else to tell them they cant have it?

Its amazing how fast people want rights taken away from others.

We all have things we enjoy, just because its not your thing, its ok to take it away from others?

cant believe im seeing people OK with taking rights away from others.

But when they came after something YOU like or enjoy you clowns will be on here bytching up a storm.

The govt will never be able to keep you 100% safe, nothing will. So stop trading your rights away for "security".

The world is the world, and it cant be controlled or predicted.

wow

Im fine with this. State laws > federal laws, or it was supposed to be. Thats why we started as the United States of America and not just one big country called America.

:manny:

Texas said they gonna arrest any feds who come into the state enforcing these new gun laws.

you fail at history forever. We had that, it was called the Articles of Confederation and it failed. The Constitution's commerce, supremacy and elastic clauses say you're wrong. The 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments say you're wrong.

So wait if I put a slug in someone while in KC, I'll just get hit with a simple assault and battery?:umad:

I forgot op was a troll it prevents local governments from creating their own laws which I don't agree with. Thank god for Federal Law. I have no clue what the states gun laws are like but I can imagine..

:whoa: there's a reason fed law was originally given authority over a limited amount of things. when we let the feds just trump all other checks and balances America will become a dictatorship.

if you feel like :salute: der fuhrer, and hail caesar, be my guest. but the feds shouldnt have authority over states.

if people in kentucky feel like keeping the constitution thats good for them.
