Honestly i feel like the style of WTT, is perfect for the place he in his life right now. I wouldn't mind if he regressed to that sound and tweaked it a little for swish. I see people blaming kim for some reason for his 'drop off', but he dropped 'white dress' while dating her so i j think he doesnt care much about music anymore.

Kanye's whole career has been based off of trying too hard. For 9 years or so it worked extremely well, cause he was relatively in touch with the masses, despite (or maybe because of) the fact that he's an egomaniac and completely insane. Now he's not in touch, so it's just awkward imo. Copying a style from an artist who came up by copying you, is a sign that you're getting too old for this shyt and should probably focus on like, raising your daughter. Sorry Ye

Hip Hop community fickle and trend hopping. Just listen to the crowd. Y'all like what other people like and hate what other people hate. And care who's selling what to get approval that if enough people are spending money on it, then it MUST be good, most of you haven't had an original opinion/thought in years.
Not saying this is some great song, or that I even like it for that matter. But it's as clear as day y'all roll with the tide. People in Hip don't even fall off most of the time. The crowd just trend hops to the next thing and waits for enough people to form a general opinion and then y'all follow said opinion.

great music is timeless... i can throw on the first biggie album and it's still great... i can throw on the first meth album and it's still great.... my fav albums are still my favorite albums
but when one of my fav ARTISTS comes out with some bullshyt, that isn't on par with his former work..... better yet isn't on par with anything i like....... well then it is what it is
and when that starts happening a lot... and i find myself trashing more songs than saving.... then that person has hit a decline
