There's plenty of room for swag and comfort between the two that wont offend anybody especially cops or a$$holes that want to enforce this dumbass rule.

Iono there's lots of larger and more rational issues to pay attention to then pants. You gotta choose your battles. I can't say I'm an advocate for someone wearing their pants to the point where it would be an issue. I get out. I see it every once and again and when I do it seems to be more of a hassle for the person to keep pulling them up every minute or so. Like a broken belt or leaving it at home...Iono I guess I'd have to talk to more ppl excessively sag to for an opinion.
you have to dress for respect and present yourself respectfully. a person can wear a klan costume to the mall all they want. freedom to wear what you want. should you be able to wear a shirt that says fukk wetbacks or ******s...hell no. a person can wear what they want but the moment they start acting out or acting a fool then it becomes an issue.

fukk you pig...go fukk yourself, etc. then proceeds to get wrestled to the ground, beaten and apprehended. ive seen it before too many times. people are told not to walk down the street with a beer, and in the parking lot of stadiums they do it and some people throw it away, some people act a fool. bars and clubs have no hats, jerseys,hoodies or sneakers rules. some people get to the front of the line and are denied entry and proceed to act a fool. i know some restaurants where you cant smoke on the patio, officers or managers say you cant smoke on the patio, some people say my bad and put it out, some act a fool.
