outside of star trek chris pine just doesnt do it for me .....all his other movies are pretty bad and he's not that great in fighting scenes

This isn't even based on a Tom Clancy story. Word is that this is some arbitrary political thriller screenplay the studio bought for the sole purpose of reshaping it into the first movie of their new Jack Ryan movies.

It was very good for about 75 minutes......then what should've taken about 45 minutes of screen time is crammed into something closer to 15 minutes.

I'm a Tom Clancy dude so I'm still a lil pissed they manufactured this script and deviated from his true storyline.

finally watched since the good quality is out.

It's allright nothing memorable. not as good as the old school ones.
